This one had a little bit of everything. Fresh mulch, clean bed edges, finish grading, and straw and seed - the kind of full-scope work that takes a yard from rough and unfinished to something the homeowner can actually be proud of.
The front beds got a complete refresh. Deep brown mulch laid clean throughout, with crisp edges cut where the bed meets the lawn. It sounds simple, but that edge line is what separates a yard that looks maintained from one that just looks mowed. We also handled planting in the front, working around existing shrubs and ornamentals to fill in the design properly.
Around the side of the house, we cleared out and mulched a long bed running the length of the foundation - the kind of area that often gets overlooked but makes a big difference in overall curb appeal. Getting that foundation line clean and covered keeps weeds down and gives the whole side of the home a finished look.
The backyard was a different story. That's where the grading and land leveling work came in. We brought our Bobcat MT100 in to move and smooth out the soil across a large open area, working the grade so water runs away from the structure and the surface is ready to support new grass. Once the grading was done, we seeded the entire area and covered it with straw - protecting the seed and giving it the best possible chance to establish.
From landscape installation and mulching to site grading and lawn seeding, this is exactly the kind of full-service work we do for homeowners in Gibsonville and the surrounding areas. Every piece of it matters, and we treat it that way.
